About the Practice
Dr. Kebejian sees adults in her outpatient combined psychiatry and psychotherapy practice. Individuals may seek treatment for a variety of reasons, ranging from symptoms such as depression or anxiety, to working through life transitions, experience of loss, academic, work-related or relational difficulties, family conflict, or struggles with identity or self-esteem, among other reasons.
Core Values
The core values of the practice include creating a comfortable and mutually respectful environment to support a collaborative process of helping individuals to better understand themselves, their feelings and internal experience, and their patterns of behavior. While individual treatment goals will vary, potential outcomes of the work could include feeling more empowered, becoming more self-aware, finding greater self-compassion and acceptance of oneself, and becoming better equipped with the tools necessary to make meaningful changes in one’s life or to lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
Treatment Structure
This process is likely to take dedicated work and commitment, but has the potential for long-lasting effect. The treatment structure of the practice offers psychotherapy alone, or a combination of psychotherapy and medication management, if indicated. Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, occurs on a routine basis and is tailored individually to the patient.
Insurance
Dr. Kebejian does not participate with any insurance plans in her outpatient practice, and she does not accept Medicare. She will provide an itemized receipt of fees paid at the time of visit, which patients with out-of-network benefits could submit to their insurer for partial reimbursement according to their plan. Office hours are by appointment only.
